After a rewarding experience as a solicitor's clerk, that helped me acquire a broad knowledge of the legislative and regulatory processes, I joined the SOMED Group in 2006 as a business lawyer. Thanks to an excellent coaching, I was quickly promoted to Head of Legal department for the Group. The Holding SOMED in sprawling size, accounts for its various activities, multiple partnerships, and efficiency of his management style a great school that offers an ideal climate of work and takes care of the house community and therefore allows the development of its staff, making human capital the main lever of value creation. It’s a company where life’s good !

Five years ago, I started a wonderful adventure called SOMED. After a few years in an international auditing office, during which I worked for companies of different sizes and in a variety of business sectors, I joined SOMED where I started off my career in the department of internal auditing. 
I immediately discovered that this group promised to be recognized by all - given its civic values, its diverse strategic activities in Morocco, and its being an entity that is heading towards the future and the development through the will of its managers. 

This experience within SOMED was so enriching that my evolution inside the Group was both "vertical" - because I was invited to hold several positions of responsibility, and "transversal" - because I was quickly invited to take on new positions in a highly strategic field, in which the group has been well positioned for about 20 years : tourism.
Auditor, management controller, assets manager ... so many skills acquired within a dynamic structure in continuous growth. Today, the adventure still continues with teams that stand together, devoted and motivated by the will to participate in the development of the Group, and new horizons are already taking shape...
